  Sequethel, I really wanted to say thankyou. Your brick, well, it moved me. I am in therapy, being treated for depression. I have been suicidal in the past, and I am desperately trying not to go there again. Mantra's, sayings, pictures, they all help me through each day. Yours is probably one of the most fitting I have seen and heard in a long time. It shows me another reason to stay. Thankyou. Thankyou for giving me that reason, all be it unwittingly. Thankyou. xx

  I love it when the thoughts I have at my lowest moments help people. I'm also in therapy, being treated for depression. I've been suicidal as well. I was sitting in my classroom thinking when this thought crossed my mind... I was having a very suicidal day... And I noticed how everyone else was so happy. My eyes fell upon someone whose best friend had recently been killed in a car reck. He was laughing. I was happy for him.. but it made me think of this...
