Your brick story

Most days I can't be bothered to do anything. I don't want to get dressed, wash, cook or clean. I struggle to get out of bed in the morning and hate looking at my image in the mirror as I have put on 40kg in two years. My partner says I am fat and doesn't find me attractive any longer. He wanted to leave but my confidence is so bad I cannot bear to live without him. I need help but have no idea where to turn.
