  Yes Cate, I still see it, but only when it's cloudy. And although I did the brick about it last July, it isn't something new.
  The light luminosity is changing indeed, but not constantly. As I see it, its intensity is adapted to the kind of clouds there are in the sky. As clouds are moving, the light fades and disappears before there is no more, and reappears (but like when you switch a light on) either at the same place or a bit further. I live higher than street lights so I can observe it easily, but once you're on the street, if you don't know it, you won't notice it.

  Fascinating and mysterious Overseas, whether it is an unknown unique phenonemon or inside your imagination it is just as magical. Certainly not doubting your eyes. The sky plays with us.
  We are most certainly and definately not alone out there, but I do not believe that we have been 'visited', yet. All the stars are in each of us.
