  It's never too late. It's a great start that you've identified the problem, that's a lot of work done already. Are the lies a way of covering up something else ?

  maybe it is, but if it is, i don't know what i'm covering up..i think that i think my life is boring so i was stupid enough to lie to make it seem more interesting..thats stupid, i know, but hopefully it's not too late to fix it

  I've done that in the past too. Don't worry everything can be fixed (: It might not be an easy fix (that's what the lies were) but now that you know you want to fix it you will. Good luck *

  most of the lies were easily solved. I thought i'd loose some friends along the way and in fact i did but i realized too that they weren't really my friends, those that stayed with me were really worth it. But honestly i still do live a sort of a lie, but this one is so that i don't hurt others. It's a way of protecting them. Thought i will tell them the truth when i feel capable of doing so. So how have you been doing with trying to get out of those lies ?

  I have also told countless, senseless lies.

  Admitting it on a brick is a HUGE step in the right direction.

  Seems to me there are two things to think about for you now. First, try to stop telling them, somehow. Second, figure out which you need to come clean about, and which you will just have to move past.
