  Can you say something about what is uncomfortable about where you are now beyond a sense of being lost? Perhaps it is a time when being lost is part of the journey to elsewhere. Not sure if this is comfortable for you where you are now yet sometimes just allowing ourselves to feel lost is a way of allowing some kind of new direction to emerge. Otherwise we can just keep busy looking for where next and jumping at any signpost that seems to carry our name. hugs roze

  I feel alone, empty and miss the person I was. I dont know where she has gone but she was strong and determined in her life. Now I strive towards goals that I think will make me happy but when I reach them the emptiness inside me only seems to be stronger than before. I dont know how to feed my hunger for happiness?

  What changed Dhalia? I am wondering whether you are pursuing goals that are similar to the ones that have previously nurtured you but are now past their best by date. I would really like to hear some more about what is going on for you if you feel like sharing it. Rx
