  Hi Wolfie,
  Thank you for the reply. I have been with this person for just over 2 years now and he used to make me so happy. For the past 9 months though we have been growing apart and he doesnt seem to feel the spaces inside me anymore. I cant seem to let go of what we have and holding on to those moments I try to make it work again and again. Im so scared of letting him go because I feel so vulnerable wihout him. I dont wanna start over, the search of looking for my soul mate because I had him once. I wished I was stronger but everytime I take the step I end up taking 2 back.

  Hey Dhalia, I am sure that many of us have been in the situation that your are in - afraid to leave, but knowing it is wrong if we stay and that it will make us unhappy. Of course only you can judge whether there is redemption in your relationship - but those words are wrong and have no place within a loving partnership. Wx

  Hey Dhalia, Maybe you need a bit of a plan - don't try to find another sould mate but seek out someone who you can step towards who won't just let you take the 2 steps back to him.

  By the way - no one deserves to be disrespected by anyone. And someone who loves another would never treat them like this - these aren't signs of love - this is just power.

  You are in danger by staying with him - little wonder he makes you feel vulnerable - being abused like this will make you feel worse about yourself - what would it take for you to leave?

  Hey Dhalia, We can meet a soul mate more than once in life. When someone gets to the point of making these punishing, barbed, damaging remarks it is hard to turn back. He sounds like someone who knows how to hurt you - and is using what he understands of you to cause you pain. Perhaps there is a question about what you can do to feel less vulnerable without him. I am not trying to make light - far from - this comes from someone who has been there. Love roze
