  I know that I feel love for alot of things and people but my anger and hate for my life is over bearing. I wished I understoood myself better and could let go of all this pain.

  Yes well I am familar with what you are writing - I rarely feel like I understand - but often it is because I am thinking too much and I get myself into a bind - but thinking is so much easier than feeling - so I avoid the feeling for the thinking.

  Do you go over and over the thoughts in your mind?

  And as for being angry and filled with self loathing - well there are many things that I reckon I have worked out by hanging in with following the feelings rather than trying to think it through. It seems to be that once we accept that the pain is there and we learn to live with it - it seems to lessen and fade. Only to be able to return as some other "thing" comes to the surface - but that's how it is for me - not necessarily for you. be well ant xx
