  Hey HIMDarling - If I contacted you and said "hey I am having a really tough time and I feel like a loser - what do you think might help me to change my thinking about me?" Whatever you say to your friends to help them is kind of what you need to say to yourself and be okay and open to changing the way you feel about yourself.

  I reckon Markus might be able to help you with this one too - but you are the one that needs to be willing to embrace new feelings about yourself. And I know from personal experience that is the hardest thing to do - it is so much easier to keep believing we are not rather than we are.

  I could try it out, I just feel like I'm prettier under all the make up and fancy clothes...I don't wear make up. and I can't get the look.
  My hair never wants to cooperate...and so on..
  I think I focus too much on the smaller things and that's what makes me feel this way, but I'll try to boost myself up a bit...I never thought to use a method like that..I've been brought down so much I guess I just need to boost a bit of self-confidence.
