  i hope that coping with your loss has become a little bit easier with time. My heart goes out to you as I have recently lost a pet of my own. It is a hurt like no other. Was he still a puppy when he passed? That must makeit even harder.

  no he was 8 years old .it just gets worse for me my other little dog nearly had his head ripped off by a bit bull it attacked 2 other dogs the vets wernt sure if he would survive

  hello max still having surgery because they needed to take away lots of his muscle but slowly he will get better
  me on the other hand mad dog lover am now sick to my stomach when i see a dog i cant even take max to vets my neighbor carries him cause i so scared of outer dogs

  Hello viv - I am so pleased that Max will pull through this and I am sure you are giving him lots of love and affections. I am sorry to hear that you have lost your confidence around other dogs - i really hope that over time it will return and perhaps you could talk to your vet about how you feel?

  So few dogs are really nasty - and it is just such a horrible thing that you and Max ran in to one of them.
