  thanks UM..love you, thanks for being so sweet. but i don't even know what's wrong with me. so like i said, though i know you really want to help, dont bother. i dont know what's wrong either. im just irritated i cant respect myself and be thankful for what God has given me. i hate myself for treating my bod like some sh** when it wasn't supposed to be like that in the first place. really, just ignore this.all rubbish anyway. i cant express what i want to say..

  thank you harmony and UM for showing that you care..love you guys lots. dont really want to talk about it, but just a question-do you ever feel guilty for doing something you shouldnt do? if so, how did you go about stopping yourself doing that? i have utterly no self-discipline, so im terrible at controlling myself..
