  Hi I,

  There are lots of things that we can't help - or control - but we can limit how badly they get - like knowing when we are falling to get help early. Are you able to get some support before it gets worse?

  My University offers counseling on campus....but that is the thing. I don't want to go to a psychiatrist. I don't deserve to go to a psychiatrist. I am not sick yet. I would feel like a fraud if I went now. Its reallt not such a big deal. There are so many more people who are way worse than I am. The deserve to be helped. I am just a failure....I don't warrent concern...not yet. Because I am out of control still. When I have control....when I am sick....when I might possibly deserve attention for my issues...then I will go to a psychiatrist. But till then I am still in mid-air, I haven't hit rock bottom...yet.
