  I dropped out of college 2 years ago, and since then have completely failed in getting my life together. College was horrible for me, after the death of a close family member (a death I often feel I could have prevented) I tried to turn to my schools therapist, and she was no help at all. She even went as far as saying I wasn't as worse off as some of the other students and should just try an extracurricular activity...but seeing her would be a waste of time. Less than a year later I felt so alone, I would sit out for hours in the freezing cold and never feel cold. I just felt hollow. The only time I ever felt anything is when I could cut. Now years later, I can't seem to stop.

  Hey RavenMoon - i can understand that cutting is a way of making pain visible - and that your pain seems to have been ignored by others. That school therapist should be stuck in the trash can. Do you want to talk about what happened in your family and why you feel you could have prevented their death? That must be so very hard to feel. Here and listening. love roze
