  I actually havnt for a while...but i always had to make up stories...and i hated telling them to my best friend... this is just kinda a way of getting that out.

  It is a really important way of getting it out. We do feel shame when self harming and need to lie whilst kind of hoping someone will see our pain. What was it all about? And how are you doing now? love roze

  exactly...and i wish that they could know that...but since they dont...well...they cant understand

  i mostly did it because i couldnt handle my depression...
