  I've heard of that..and have wondered if inking on yourself would help. Thanks, if I ever get so much pent up anger again I will try that instead and thank you for the courage, the reassurance of a choice. Between washing off ink and having scars I know which I would prefer. ((())) again, thanks muchly.
