  I think. I drank too much. Then i started thinking about how I how I comletely screwed up breaking up with my ex. Granted this was 7 months or so ago. I was just so depressed, and drunk that I just did it. It would've been a lot worse, but thankfully I sobered up between the cutting and quit, but it would've been bad.

  It can be like that - what is that pink floyd line - running over the same old ground of how we found the same old fears - and sometimes we need to run around that ground in order to help put things to rest. It is a strong positive sign that you knew to quit. If there is a next time, please come online and talk about it - even if you have had a few drinks - i have done that myself and it does help.   I am so glad! Hold on to all that is beautiful in you - and try to stay off the booze - or at least the quantities that take you there. I speak from experience and the third hangover in three days! Rx
