    I have to agree with Roze, sometimes some fresh air and being involved in something that does not involve internalizing in our own manufactured hell helps, makes u feel connected and a little more alive. Pick up a hobby...maybe knitting, origami, whatever...it is therapeutic believe it or not. Please don't do this to yourself, you're such a nice, wonderful person who does not deserve to suffer. *hugz* take care ok?

    Thank you both for the replies. And i started running in the mornings and doing a little exercice in the afternoons (when i have time). It's helped alot. I havn't SIed at least half of the times that i've thought about it. Lately i've just had these random thoughts that really scare me, so instead of thinking about them, i've decided to try and push them out of my mind. I know it's not the best thing to do but i really don't want to hurt myself more than i already have. Problem is the longer i take to confront there thoughts the faster they seem to be creeping into my mind, and they are becoming more and more agressive too. I don't want to be here (i just got back to uni yesterday and i already want to leave) but i really don't want to go home. I just don't know anymore which hell is better. I know i should think, and decide and choose but i get the feeling that as soon as i start that process i'll have a panic attack ! Just thinking about it has brought the tears to my eyes ...
    Sorry to burden you guys with these ramblings =(

    Hey pear - i am still getting over flu so a bit wobbly again today. Seems to come and go in waves. WHy don't you put these random thoughts down on bricks that way they are not pushed away and they are out of you. How are you doing today? Love roze
