  I can hear you're scream eyeswideopen and I am sure there are many other people on this site who can too. It's okay eyes (I hope you don't mind me shortening your name) you're not alone. Can you say more about what is going on for you too, why things have suddenly got bad for you? I struggle with feeling very low at times too but admitting that I'm not feeling okay at this moment and then trying to work out what's triggered my feelings helps. What helps you?
