  Well sometimes living generously beyond ourselves brings a sense of feeling good more so that when we just focus on our own needs - and who else to treat well except an animal we love.

  So I hope that someone has this approach with you and cares for you ahead of themselves sometimes too

  Reading your brick is making me grin so much I'm nearly crying.

  It's midnight here, and I was just about to go to bed thinking today had been a huge waste of time.

  But you have inspired me to sneak outside just now in my pajamas and give my dog the biggest hug ever.
