  Hi UM , the doona is one of my places of refuge. Have you tried writing out these memories from your system . Sometimes by writing repetitively like lines at school they help you see that they are out there not held secretively within where it can erode all those good feelings. Just a thought, hope you feel safe and happier soon, Cate (((hugs)))
