  I had one of those days yesterday ... where things went fine for a while and then suddenly you find yourself completely "off" from the rest of the world. I was just introduced to the "take it one minute at a time" approach ... and I think I like it. It gives us many many moments within the day to regroup and refocus. Thank you for your comment on my brick - it was very sweet. Keep your head up - thoughts positive - and remember to take "each minute". Sending hugs off your way and hoping the day ahead brings sunnier skies.
