I was with a guy for 73 days but fell hard. I was saving myself for someone special. He cheated on me, broke up with me and slept with a girl in front of me at a party when I was drinking him away.

I lost my virginity to his best friend.

My new boyfriend thinks i'm filthy now. I will never forgive myself for letting him crush me.

You aren't filthy. You did what you felt was right at the time and you did a very good thing when you helped your ex-boyfriend as you did.
Take a break. Work out who you are and what you stand for and come back stronger.
