Your brick story

yes. my best friend is anorexic. and its impossible to talk to her anymore because everything is about food when you think about it. i try to support her the best i can, but it just never works. we keep growing further and further apart, and i fear we wont ever be the same. plus i cant sleep at night because i know shes not getting better.

That sounds very difficult for you. Is she getting support from others? Have you told her what you feel?

Oh honey that's so difficult... you're right, food is a part of everything, it's a difficult subject to avoid. I hope your friend can fight through this and be the same person you always knew.

Just stick with her, I know what she's going through. She needs a friend, the worst thing you can do in a time like this is leave her.

Please don't abandon her. she needs someone to talk to. Maybe you won't agree with her views, but being there for her will make a huge difference, than leaving her to deal with it on her own. Take care.
