  Then don't waste them wondering "What if". Think back to the very worst day in your life. Did it stay that way? No. Oh, it might have for a time but it always gets better to some degree. So sorry...don't mean to sound preachy. I just hear somone who desperately sounded like I did when I was young. Now at my age I'm angry with myself for wasting those years on "what if's" and "can it get worse?" when I could have been taking a deep breath, living easier and having more fun.
