  Don't feel bad - we all did it as a kid - the 'can't go to sleep thing' - and I am sure she doesn't do it every night.

  In the morning it will be forgotten and a kiss and a cuddle will make things better.

  Much as we would like to be perfect, grown-ups often aren't and slowly children need to understand that too.

  I still can't handle being told off. If someone I love or respect even slightly yells at me, I just can't hold it together.

  Just know that she still loves you, and please please be big enough to apologise when you're in the wrong. <3
