This is a photo I took within parklands in Brisbane Australia. Quite near the business centre of the city. If you are in reasonable health you could walk. One part is the fern gully area, complete with mist makers. I realised I haven't been there for a while, at least not since we've had water restrictions all over Australia - so I don't know how it is going. The Council have turned off and drained fountains at Southbank, so I wonder. I really loved it there this day, when I took this and some other photos, (some of which are not too horrible to keep). I think this is my favorite of the day. The ducks would have been better if they had only co-operated. I had a large print made for some friends and staff at the Hospital where I used to work. Framed it of-course, and they hung it in the waiting room on the ward. If I want to relax, sitting back, imagining a place to be - this is it. When I was there I couldn't even hear the trains which where 'nest door' if you will. Indeed, I walked through the station to get to the parklands.
