  Hi and thanks for your comments.

  Been feeling very blank: can-sit-and-stare-at-walls blank. Also in a self-protective mode, but I know my spirit is still alive and well and shining and that it will overcome the darkness, when the time is right.
  Had a counselling session last week and I spent most of the time talking about my relationship with food, and I've been feeling sort of blank ever since.

  I wonder whether blank is with you because you are at a new place where colour is not yet possible - you might be so far within that it feels like a world for you that is without - I wonder about the sit and stare at wall blank and wonder if this is a kind of stillness while your subconconscious is engaged in working on your spirit. It might be that this is what a new level is for you - I doubt it is comfortable for you but for me that sort of blankness comes at these times.
