  This is my guess. Most of us were not taught from a young age to express how we feel inside. Maybe it was because of the way that the society was when we were small - maybe it was about the way that our parents didn't know how to teach us - I am not sure - but I am pretty positive that there is a real skill gap for people to be able to express their emotions. And I guess there is also a lack of safe space for us to do this.
