i know that it's difficult.

i know that what gets said can make you want to climb in the nearest hole and just stay there and let time pass. but i also know that holding your head up will shut them up. holding yourself together will show them. they're wrong. no matter what it is they say or do. you are a brilliant and talented young man-- don't waste that bc someone out there feels it necessary to make your life miserable. for lack of anything mature to say-- screw 'em. i may not know you well, but i know your mom well enough to know that she's tried to instill in you a great sense of self worth.

you ARE a wonderful person.

you WILL do great things.

you just have to get through the worst parts.
