  How about sharing what has happened to bring all of this to the surface - it sounds as if there is such a lot here - does it feel volcanic?

  Everything definitely caught up! and volcanic is right - except it's a very wet and weepy volcano! I didn't think I had this much water in me!

  Just caught up - well a wet and weepy volcano - I have had a recent experience of crying - well it was quite scary because I have only cried a couple of times in my life and this was howling and sobbing and I never thought it would stop - and like you I couldn't believe how wet it could be. I wear spectacles and there were little pools of water gathering on my frames and running down - I thought I had broken the drought in aust.

  How are you feeling now - do you feel any better after crying - ? I am not sure I would say I felt better but I know some people say this.
