  I feel very lucky that I never needed of this pills while I was in therapy. In general I don't like pills. Courage.

  Oh it took me ages to accept that medication was necessary for me - I hated myself for being weak and needing the medication. But I needed to accept that without the medication I was in a vulnerable position - so I accepted it - and now my heart is a bit easier. UM x

  It doesn't have to be forever - and it doesn't have to be a sentence - it is only part of the whole treatment - and it might not be as much fun as listening to Velvet Underground but if it helps - then it helps!

  I'm on prozac too. It doesn't help me at all. They put me on 20 mg (now they bumped me to 30) but I've overdosed for the past few months. 40 mgs still isn't helping.
  How does prozac make you feel? Is it REALLY helping?
