  Fixing broken heads is not easy, ever, though it can sometimes be done. And sometimes we cannot see the answer for looking, if you know what I mean? Maybe you need help to find your answers?

  Thank you for the support. Im not sure what it is about my life that I am not happy with? I seem to strive toward things that I think I need or maybe just want but when I reach it, I feel no satisfaction.

  I ask myself what is wrong and why I cant just stop and be contented for a while but there seems to be no anwsers. Nothing makes sense to me at the moment!

  Maybe I cant stop because I dont know where to start?!

  Perhaps you could stop for long enough to figure out what you really need - just 'be' for a while... it is a very hard thing to do in a fast paced life. Wx
