Your brick story

I've been doing alot of searching towards what's at the root of my illness lately...
In my last therapy session my therapist asked me why I was resisted the last couple of kg's to my target weight, what was holding me so tightly that I just had to stay at the exact weight i'm at now...just no higher because I was too scared at right now I feel massive alrady...
the above brick is what i've found out over the past week... pieced together - this is the route issue I need to crack - crack that and I win this battle...
atleast I know the root of my real enemy now...
