Your brick story

For the past 40 years I have been dieting, wanting to lose weight or just feeling fat. I have only become overweight in the past two years and it saddens me to look at past photos of a beautiful young woman who was in fact not fat but shaped like a woman. But now,at 55, I have to do what I never needed to do before. Diet, go to a slimming club etc. This is not about how the world views me, this is clothes too tight, difficult to do exercise and wanting to hide at the back if there is a photographer around.
I am really writing this to all the young, fit healthy woman that are on the treadmill of "watching their weight"
Enjoy, revel in your young toned body, it doesn't get better than it is now! Jem

This is such a strong message to women to feel proud of their shape and not conform to particular images that represent less than 5% of the population. We all put on a bit as we get older. Hopefully we gain in wisdom too! Take care, roze
