  Oh yes questions - sometimes unanswerable questions - another way to torture our tired minds and thinking. The more the mood is marked by a low mood or anxiety or worries the greater the questions eh. Hope you can slow down the thinking and just be nice to yourself. :) UM xx

  The internal infernal questions - do you mean questions that you need answered outside of you, or questions you need to answer yourself, inside your head?
