  Hmmm, grown up they may be. Able to do things for themselves, who knows. Or perhaps they just let us do things for them.

  Are you new around here? I'm pleased to meet you. How many times do I hear myself say or do this about family and workmates. I know it's because I always end up doing the jobs - and they know too. At the moment I am on "strike" and it feels harder than doing the jobs - but then I need to change the way things are. What's your strategy?
