food will not control me
im not going to let it

ive come tooooo far to let fat, calaroies, and carbs controll my life

i will eat when im thin.
or when hunger betrays me.

but hunger doesnt betray like food.

dizziness, hunger, head aches, and that light headed feeling- theyre what show youre getting thin.

hmmm. maybe. but i like control. =]
i like to control my eating.
i have like no control in everything else.
its pretty good.

plus its a great way to lose weight!

That is what i wondered that eating is the only thing you feel that you can control. I also worry that by eating too little there is a danger of becoming invisible and therefore reinforcing the lack of control in other aspects of life. Rx

yeah, i wish i was invisble. im pretty sure you cant control what you dont know is there. =]

You can always be anxious about what you don't know what is there - living with uncertainty is tough and yet it is the human condition.
