We all have imagery for how we have felt sometimes. Like UM feels lost in the darkness, I have felt I am out in the open, exposed and a terrible storm is brewiing. I will be absolutely vulnerable to lightning strikes. Although I feel so small in the vast, open, flat land, I am the tallest thing there - naturally a beacon for the lightning. I fear I will be destroyed upon impact.I get through each day with the endless mantra in my mind, "Please, don't let there be any more storms...'please"...
