  I think there are quite a lot of insomniacs on this site! If you type insomnia in to the search box you will probably get loads of results. I know a friend of mine, roze, suffers from it.

  You must have lots on your mind. Try visualization; you really have to concentrate on thinking; of something nice but it works..
