Problems with waking up about 3 am and going to sleep about 5 am most nights.

    I have that issue too! We also get into a pattern so we set our body clocks to do this. Have you tried yoga or relaxation techniques?

    Haven't tried any of these. Getting desparate. Just listen to TalkSport on the radio (chat show). Hope to go back to sleep again! Have just lost my cat through kidney failure. That does not help!

    I just lost my cat too. She was 15 and had renal failure too. I also wake up around 3AM and can't go back to sleep until around 5. You might try not drinking anything after 7PM. That helps me because I usually wake up because of a full bladder if I drink anything before bedtime.
    Gee. We have some things in common!
