Well, first off i would just like to thank all of you wonderful people for all of the support you gave me while i was freaking out. but i have fairly good news! first off, Cody's original court date has been postponed till 10 days before our prom which is in about a month and a half because some of the evidence against him has not returned from the lab yet. the judge (who he has been in front of before unfortuantely) does not like him one bit and wanted to keep his in jail till his next date. thankfully, by a pure miracle, a mediator of some sort showed up and talked to her and to cody and worked it out so that that would not happen (it sounds ridiculous but i wasn't there, this is just how it was explained to me). Mediator-man also said that cody could also apply for a court appointed attorney, since he could not afford one. And, the best news by far, cody's felony has been reduced to a misdemeanor and so now he has no felonies against him at all and Cody is not, and hopefully will not, go to jail for more than two weeks. which is so amazing and much more than we were hoping for. the only downer about this plan is that if he has to go for two weeks, he will definately miss our prom. Which sucks because i am not a girly girl by any means. i do not wear makeup or heels or enjoy shopping. but i was excited about prom.but it amy not happen! trying to stay positive about the situation once again. haha  oh, and on another good note, my birthday was yesterday. it was wonderful. i got to see my three best friends outside of school officially for the first time since summer! (I've been grounded. long story.) but it was really, and my father was almost civil to them which was a present in itself. haha well sorry i wrote so much and hope it wasn't too boring! just thank you all again for giving me a place to rant, vent and just be myself. hope everything is going well for all of you!
