I was thinking today that I cannot remember the last time I really blew my top, really really lost it. I used to have a far worse temper, nowadays I get moments of RAGE but manage to brush it off quite quickly. These, however, are the three things that are guarenteed to bring the red mist down: 

1. people who push me and dont say sorry
2. debating with people who are inflexible in their thinking
3. being belittled or patronised..

What about anyone else - what three things make you madasell!
